Allana was a player for Australia at the Rugby Sevens in 2013, then consecutive knee injuries forced Allana on the sidelines for many years prior to making the switch back to rugby league. Allana was the first woman to play in a rugby league game in 2015 and was a star for New South Wales when they played Queensland.
